Privacy

Under no circumstances will Neoteric Lighting divulge any of your private information to any third party, other than required for us to complete your order. Your information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed in anyway. We may use the information we collect about you to occasionally update you about new services or product we think that you might find interesting. If you do not wish to receive these update, no problem. Simply contact us with the subject line or body containing the word "unsubscribe".

Damages & Returns:

Neoteric Lighting Guarantees its Customer Service to be Truly Exceptional.

If at any point up to seven days after the arrival of your modern lighting fixture or lamp you are not completely satisfied, we offer a full money back guarantee, less shipping costs.

 Don't like it as soon as you see it or with the first twenty four hours? No problem, contact us for return authorization and we will even cover your cost of shipping it back to us.

All products are guaranteed to leave our distribution and assembly facilities in 100% new, working condition unless other noted on an items description. For undeliverable shipments that are of no fault of our own, nor the delivery service, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Original packaging must be included, and in good condition otherwise you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee. Damaged product must be reported to the freight company that delivered the merchandise.

If your item is damaged, not by fault of the freight company, at any time after purchase - contact us. first. We will make every attempt to get you any parts, free of charge. Our modern lighting is of the highest quality, and we don't believe you should have to purchase replacement parts for it. Product abuse excluded, of course.

We also recognize that every event requires special attention and will do our best to accommodate each customer.


Shipping Policy

All products are normally shipped through UPS, FedEx, Con-Way, Estes or NVC Logistics. There are two ways that our items ship, one is by standard shipping, the second is by LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping. Items that use normal shipping are generally small and less than 80 pounds. Examples of these items include small table lamps, individual wall and ceiling lights, and suspended lights. Larger items that may ship LTL include very large floor lamps or ceiling systems.

When an order is received it will typically ship within 48 hours, this goes for both normal shipping and LTL. Normal shipping can take from 3 to 12 days depending upon your location. LTL shipping can take from 5 to 21 days depending on your location. It will be specifically mentioned in an items description if it normally takes longer than 48 hours to ship.

Our LTL shipping service will always be curbside delivery unless our white glove delivery option is selected. Expedited shipping is available but you must contact us prior to ordering so that we can provide you with a shipping quote.


Once an order has shipped it cannot be changed. If an order is canceled after an item has shipped the customer will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee. Please make Neoteric Lighting aware of any order changes as soon as possible.

If after an item is ordered and for any reason is not able to be shipped within 48 hours (out of stock, back ordered, or because of a free roaming Tyrannosaurus Rex in the vicinity) the customer will be made aware of it immediately. 

Our customers may request the use of their own shipping carrier.
